Renewing my contract

As the vapor comes out of my hot cup of tea
And I travel with my thoughts to somewhere
I grow old
I draw my world
And surf the folds
I find no one but you as my gold
And before the tea gets cold
I realize that time took all my hope
I will not renew my contract with time
And keep waiting till you smile and say we won’t die.

Ever lasting ashes
Eternal shadow
Keeps wondering outside my room
Knocking the door in the night
Asking me if I am alright
And I reply good night
Before the dawn I wake up to start my fight
With the reflections of the memories
And the legends left behind

Every morning I drink my bitter tea
Watching the vapor and your old eyes

Bravo....Bravo for the words you wrote.
True, when the day starts, we get in the game. Traffic Jams, Caniving colleagues, an authoritatian boss... a pleasant evening with a friend... laughs and jokes... Then night falls,we go back home.. the memories are sitting on the couch, with dim lights, intoxicating perfum.. and an alomost transparent night gaon.. pretending that she cares.. she stands up and approaches you , with an intent to give you that kiss which will make you eternal... she says that she missed you during the day .. I wish that the she can just leave me alone, and now pester me every night.. playing the gaurdian angel who wants to make sure that I am alright. Yes... I am alright as long as i dont hear from you... leave me alone and let me carry on....
